Seniors who opt not to drive often rely on friends or family for transportation, as they may not have access to a reliable vehicle. However, individuals with limited mobility may encounter difficulties with public transportation.

At Palm Primary Care, we recognize these challenges and offer free transportation services to our Medicare Advantage patients. This includes transportation to and from all in-house appointments, our locations, as well as to and from outside medical specialist clinics when necessary.

What Can You Expect

Here are some key details about our transportation services:

  • Our transportation is set up via Uber or Lyft.
  • Patients requiring transportation are permitted to bring one companion for assistance, if needed. Please inform us of this when making the reservation.
  • We invite you to explore our transportation services, available during our standard business hours, and review our location-specific schedules.
  • Our drivers are trained to provide personal assistance, such as helping with bags, wheelchairs, or other assistive devices.
  • We kindly request at least one business day's advance notice for transportation needs. If you need to cancel or reschedule your ride, please provide at least 24 hours' notice so that we can accommodate other patients.
